Twisted Jenius LLC ("Twisted Jenius") does not give out refunds or store credit. We will however give exchanges on non-software products. Any exchanges
must be post marked back to Twisted Jenius within 30 days of receiving the product that you have purchased from us. Enclosed
with the product should be a letter which includes the following: your name, the name of your account, and the name full
name of the product you would like in exchange. If there is no letter present, you will have 14 days after we receive the
product to notify us of which product you would like in exchange. Exchanges may be of equal or lesser value; or greater
value if the difference between the two items is paid in full at the time of the exchange. Products that were on sale or
discounted in any way cannot be exchanged. Damaged products cannot be exchanged. Exchanges may be denied or accepted for
any reason at Twisted Jenius's full discretion. No refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be accepted on any software
products.
